Abstract

Several thinkers, including Hannah Arendt, consider that the human being is abstract about human rights, as it is a status that exists in any territory of the world, but which is often not guaranteed. The questions presented countless times, about stateless people, totalitarian regimes, and migrants lead us to reflect on the impossibility of being of the human being. Impossibility of being to the extent that States restrict and even allow human beings not to be seen as equal citizens in all dimensions. Human beings are beings capable of action and of speech. In this discursive dialectic, they reinforce their dignity and value. By accepting the plurality and the richness that results from it, one could proceed to the realization of Human Rights. Throughout the work we intend to explore the discursive dialectic and the way of giving place and voice as rights. The relevance of this study is to make us reflect on the issues of tolerance, inclusion, and humanism. The methodology followed is a bibliographic review of contributions pertinent to the theme, such as the thought of Hannah Arendt, the humanism of Emmanuel L.vinas, and the universalism of Seyla Benhabib, so that the value of the plurality of voices can be understood.
