The paper rescues the integrationist approach from Marcel Mauss (1872-1950) of modern politics — specially his proposal of “consumer’s democracy” — to propose two institutional reforms in order to provide democratic societies through the widespread dissemination of parliamentary logic: an integrative government model and public policies of civic income.
